The truck has a trans cooler, but I would recommend replacing the stock towing cooler with a bigger stacked plate type cooler and a bigger radiator if this your uses are similar. The only undesirable results were of no fault of the tuner, increased engine/transmission temperatures due to the increase in performance on long steep pulls ie 15% grades for 4-5 miles.
